Luis Fernandes Named Managing Director
for Rosewood�s Las Ventanas al Paraiso

Los Cabos, Mexico, June  24, 2003 - Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the premier manager for ultra-luxury hotels and resorts, has appointed Luis Fernandes managing director of internationally renowned Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Mexico. 
 
Mr. Fernandes is an accomplished hotelier with worldwide experience in operating luxury properties.  He comes to Las Ventanas from another award-winning Rosewood hotel, The Dharmawangsa, in Jakarta, Indonesia. As managing director since its opening in 1997, he positioned The Dharmawangsa as the country�s top hotel and the social hub of the elite of Indonesian society.
