and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) recently announced the 2004 Hospitality
Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) Advisory Council.
The 2004 HITEC Advisory Council Chairman is Thomas H. Murphy, chief
information officer for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
�Having been established 31 years ago, HITEC has developed into a premiere
event for the hospitality technology industry,� said Murphy. �When putting
together the team for next year�s HITEC, it was important to recruit individuals
who are involved with the industry�s most current actions, because they
are the ones who are going to keep HITEC at the top.�
