The site also features a �Careers� menu option, which allows the company�s 4,000+ employees and new applicants to view current job postings at any Boykin managed property or at the corporate office. Users may also subscribe to receive new job listings via email as they are posted to the site. The web site solution effectively distributes the workload to the company�s managed properties by allowing the individual managers to access the back end content databases in a secured environment via a simple user interface. This allows them to maintain the changing day-to-day content of the site for their specific properties.
