Mr. Tegge has extensive experience in the hotel industry, having been in the industry for more than 15 years.  Most recently, as Director of Hotel Performance Support for Intercontinental Hotels Group, he developed and directed a team of 14 Area Managers and a Crowne Plaza Regional Director.  In this position, he provided sales and marketing related consulting services to 600+ hotels located in the central part of the United States and Eastern Canada.  Previously, Mr. Tegge was an Intercontinental Hotels Group Senior Area Manager and provided on-site and regional-based consulting services for 43 properties.  He played an important role in the opening of four hotels.

Mr. Tegge holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Washington University.  He is a Certified Hotel Administrator and Food & Beverage Executive as designated by the American Hotel and Motel Association.  A native of Pennsylvania, he plans to relocate to the Charlotte Area and become an active member of the hospitality community.
