Richard C. Kessler Opens Ninth Hotel � the �Western Hip�
Red Horse Inn in Orlando 
ORLANDO, Fla. (April 14, 2003) � Richard C. Kessler, president and CEO of The Kessler Enterprise, Inc./The Kessler Collection along with several dignitaries will cut the ribbon on Monday, April 14 to officially open his ninth hotel � the �Western Hip� Red Horse Inn.  Kessler also owns two other hotels on International Drive, the Hollywood-themed Sheraton Studio City Hotel and the Medieval-themed Doubletree Castle. 
 
Originally built in 1972, the 159-room Red Horse Inn reflects a theme inspired by the power and grace of horses with a distinctive Southwestern design.  The hotel recently underwent a significant re-creation with a bold new exterior palette of vibrant green, brown, red and orange, redesigned guestrooms, lobby including a new reception with Western artwork by Jack Pardue, custom wood entry 
doors, and the Cactus Cantina Lobby Bar complete with authentic mounted saddles and a seating area. 

The 159 guestrooms, which include six junior suites and two hospitality suites, feature phones with data ports and voicemail, an electronic safe, cable television with 25 channels including HBO, radio/alarm clock, 24-hour security designated non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms with interior corridor entrances.  Some guestrooms also have a view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard pool.

�The Red Horse Inn will appeal to the travelers who are here visiting the theme parks, on business or for family reunions,� states Jason Tyson, general manager.  Tyson most recently served as front desk manager at the four-diamond Westin Grand Bohemian, a sister property, before being promoted to his position as General Manager.

In addition to eating the hearty, complimentary, Cowboy Continental breakfast served from 6:30AM � 10:00AM that features Starbucks® coffee in the Cactus Cantina, guests have several dining options.  The Starlight Grille, located across the street in the Sheraton Studio City Hotel, is headed by award-winning Chef Jean-Louis.  The menu offers a variety of culinary delights for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Scene II pool bar serves sandwiches and snacks.  There is also Denny�s which is open 24-hours a day, located next to the hotel. The Red Horse Inn also features a heated, outdoor pool and wading pool, shuffle board court, valet laundry services and a do-it-yourself guest laundry facility that is available 24-hours a day. 

The Red Horse Inn is conveniently located at the doorsteps of Universal Orlando, five minutes from the world-famous Belz Factory Outlet and Festival Bay.
