Hotels & Resorts, Inc. will manage the new 176-room Hilton Garden Inn
under development in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The hotel, located
at the new Town Center of Virginia Beach, is scheduled to open in November
2003.
The City of Virginia Beach chose
Armada/Hoffler as Master Developer of its Town Center and through their
relationship with Armada, Barceló Crestline was selected as the
joint venture partner. Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc, a Barceló
Crestline company, will manage the hotel. Dave Durbin, President
& CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts said, �We�re very excited
to be involved with this hotel project and continue to expand our management
portfolio in the growing Tidewater area.�

Center development that will consist of several office buildings, retail
outlets and a performing arts center. The Hotel will be a seven-story
urban limited-service product and will offer amenities for both the business
and leisure traveler. Features include over 2700 square feet of meeting
and event space, a complimentary 24-hour business center, guestrooms with
an oversized work desk plus two telephones and high speed Internet access.
All guests will enjoy the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in every
guestroom. The property offers a swimming pool, whirlpool, and fitness
center, and a Pavilion Pantry� convenience mart which will sell snacks
and sundry items 24-hours a day.
