quickly take over operating hotels that go into receivership, or experience a sudden change of ownership.  Within forty-eight hours of taking management control, we are able to go in and do a complete physical inventory of the property identifying its strengths and weaknesses.  Within one week we are able to prepare a comprehensive marketing plan to reposition the hotel to generate revenues.  In addition, Rim Hospitality will implement HomeOffice2, a proprietary management system that allows Rim Hospitality to monitor costs on a real time basis, stated Mark LeBlanc, Vice President, Business Development of Rim Hospitality.
