As a member of the Resort's executive team, Olson will be responsible for all aspects of the property's marketing-including formulating and implementing advertising, direct mail, publicity, sales and Internet strategies to achieve guest room bookings of groups and individuals. Olson and her staff of 12 sales, catering, and conference services managers are also responsible for the promotion and services of function space totaling 50,024 square feet (22,348 indoor / 26,676 outdoor)-including Santa Barbara County's largest ballroom (11,960 square feet).

Beth Olson

A native of Rhode Island, Olson was a Regent's Scholar and graduated from University of California-Santa Barbara with a Bachelors degree in Political Science/International Relations. She has been an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) since 1997.
