 Bradford Homesuites Selects Ze-Net Technologies
for High-Speed Internet Access
Addison, Texas, January 20, 2003 - Bradford Homesuites and Ze-Net Technologies announced today that Ze-Net has been selected to install a hybrid version of their ze-nettm HSIA system at the conceptually advanced Bradford Homesuites hotels.

The Ze-Net systems will provide "WiFi" wireless access to the Internet from the hotels' common areas, including poolside and meeting rooms, plus "Plug & Play" wired access from all of the meeting rooms and guestrooms.  Each system will be interfaced to the PMS, to allow user fees to be automatically posted to the guestroom folios, offer a credit card billing option, and provide a user name and password access option for any user, should the hotel wish to selectively provide the service at no charge.  "For the past year, we have been studying the increasing high-speed Internet access requests from our corporate travelers and have found that to remain competitive, providing a HSIA service is a must today," said Weldon Simons, CFO of Bradford Homesuites.  "The real question was not whether to do it, but rather, should we install a wired or wireless solution today, and who should we team with to provide the service and support?"

Armed with a year's worth of Guest Comment Cards, and the results from some old-fashioned, face-to-face market research, "we determined that our guests liked the idea of having access to both wired and wireless service in our common areas and meeting rooms, but in the suites, there was a much larger number of guests who said they needed a "Plug & Play" Access Port than there were those who requested wireless access," continued Simons.  "Additionally, most of those who preferred a wireless solution said they were equipped to connect to an HSIA system either way."

To fill the need, Bradford Homesuites called on Ze-Net Technologies.  "We asked the people at Ze-Net to provide a solution that would meet the needs of our guests today, while giving us some long-term flexibility and bandwidth capacity for future applications," said Simons. "The last thing I wanted was to buy a low capacity or bandwidth-sharing solution now, then find myself back revisiting this issue in three or four years because we didn't provision enough dedicated bandwidth to each suite."

Randall Jamison, President of Ze-Net Technologies, is very familiar with the advanced technology that has been incorporated into the Bradford Homesuites' extended-stay concept.  "From the first time we talked with the design team at Bradford Homesuites seven years ago, I knew they wanted to do things differently and take telecommunication technology to a new high in the hotel environment," said Jamison, a veteran of twenty-two years in hotel telecommunications.  In that first meeting, Jamison learned that Bradford Homesuites would provide a guestroom concept that was as close to a home-away-from-home as they could make it, and include advanced technology features such as Caller ID, Call Waiting, private telephone numbers, two separate lines and voice mail in every suite. "It's good to know the Bradford people feel we did a good job of providing the amenities they were looking for then, and because of that and the growing demand for high-speed Internet access, we have been invited back to provide our guest-friendly HSIA solution and support services," Jamison continued.

ze-nettm High-Speed Internet Access systems, which are customized to best utilize the hotel's existing cable wherever possible, are designed to give the hotel complete control over both their current and future broadband and Internet-based features and services.  "Our systems are very flexible and can be configured utilizing WiFi, Ethernet or DSL technology, or any combination of the three, to achieve the level of service our customers want to deliver in each area of the hotel," said Jamison.  "We conduct a survey at each site and then propose the ze-nettm system that provides the best and most cost-effective HSIA service and broadband infrastructure solution."

The ze-nettm High-Speed Internet Access system has been developed to provide Internet access speeds from 50 to 200 times faster than dial-up connections over distances up to several thousand feet, without cross-talk or interference.  Ze-Net Technologies provides 24X7 guest and staff user support, equipment and marketing support and a powerful competitive edge.  Every ze-nettm system is designed to deliver much more than High-Speed Internet Access.  It is designed to provide the broadband infrastructure requirements hoteliers will need in the years to come, as well as control over future decisions related to broadband-based amenities and services.
