Kenneth is a hotel veteran spanning two decades.  Highlights from his career include working with or consulting for high-end hospitality products such as Hyatt Regency Hawaii, Kimpton Hotel Group, Imperial Development Resorts, American Express Travel Related Services and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has recently completed all requirements for his MBA with Nova Southeastern University, specializing in International Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Boutique Hospitality Group, under the direction of Mr. Svejkovsky, will oversee all aspects of pre-opening, operations and the additional challenges of managing the Condominium Association.
