October 29, 2002 - Boutique Hospitality Group recently appointed Kenneth
R. Svejkovsky, CRDE as Managing Director for South Beach�s newest chic-boutique
property, the Brooklyn Hotel.
Kenneth is a hotel veteran spanning two decades. Highlights from his career include working with or consulting for high-end hospitality products such as Hyatt Regency Hawaii, Kimpton Hotel Group, Imperial Development Resorts, American Express Travel Related Services and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has recently completed all requirements for his MBA with Nova Southeastern University, specializing in International Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Located within the exclusive "South of 5th" district in South Beach, Florida, this 17-designer suite property is a glam-boutique mix of French Art Deco and Italian appointments. The Brooklyn delivers a simple, yet lavish lifestyle, conveniently located to Ocean Drive, Miami Beach Marina, premier shopping, restaurants, night life and of course, the beach! The project was developed by New Orleans bred, Chapman Ducote, under the newest business model as a Condo/Hotel.
