Prestige expects to increase the resort's occupancy base by utilizing its strong marketing power with its growing US sales presence, a major difference between it and its competitors. It plans to adjust the sales mix by increasing the number of small meeting and incentive groups while attracting more leisure sales using its expertise in these markets. Its specialization in expanding markets and cost controls are other benefits it will implement.

The 56-room Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, located on a 6,500 acre mountaintop resort community, has distinguished itself with top honors for its fine dining, skiing, championship golf and world class spa.
