The project is located at 20 West Pacheco Boulevard, Los Banos, California in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley agricultural area. The hotel is scheduled to open in May 2003. When asked about his project, Malachi Sanchez stated, �As a business person and resident, I believe there is a place in Los Banos for a more upscale hotel than is presently available.  I�ve built other hotels, but this one is unique.  The Vagabond Inn Executive flag offers us solid mid-market placement with a brand that is widely known in the West.  We�re excited!�

The Vagabond Inn Executive in Los Banos will offer forty-two rooms.  Among the Inn�s room configurations are six executive king suites featuring whirlpool tubs, steam showers, two televisions, VCR�s and fireplaces.  All guest rooms will be oversize.  The property�s amenities include a year around, indoor pool and spa, complimentary continental breakfast bar and exercise room.
