Claudio Ceccherelli Named General Manager of Park Hyatt Milan
Chicago, IL, November 22, 2002 - Mr. Bernd Chorengel, president of Hyatt International Corporation, is pleased to announce that Claudio Ceccherelli has been named general manager of Park Hyatt Milan.

Ceccherelli joins Hyatt International after an extensive career in Italy with Cigahotels that included management positions in Pisa, Venice and Rome.  Additionally, he served as resident manager for the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo, and most recently was general manager of the renowned Villa d�Este on the shores of Lake Como, Italy. 

Set in a palatial and historic city building, Park Hyatt Milan is scheduled to open mid-2003.  Just a few steps away from Piazza del Duomo, the 117-guestroom hotel has four function rooms that can accommodate up to 102 guests. 

Park Hyatt Milan�s main meeting place, the Lobby Tea Lounge, occupies centre stage under a soaring glass dome.  The hotel�s main restaurant will specialise in classic Lombardian Italian cuisine.  An exclusive health spa and fitness centre will offer guests a wide range of activities�a gym featuring the latest in fitness technology, as well as a steam bath and a variety of beauty and holistic treatments.
