Developed by Chapman Ducote and Interior Designer
Kristin Nevin, the Booklyn Hotel Opens
on Miami's South Beach

MIAMI BEACH, Fla.  (Nov. 21, 2002) The newly opened Brooklyn Hotel on Miamis South Beach proclaims:  The art of hospitality has returned to South Beach.  This new chic-boutique property is now welcoming guests to its exclusive South of 5th location.

Opened Oct. 1, the Brooklyn Hotel features 17 one-bedroom suites designed with a mix of French Art Deco and Italian appointments that create a combination of luxurious yet comfortable surroundings.  Developed by Chapman Ducote and interior designer Kristin Nevin, each suite is exquisitely appointed with fully equipped European kitchens, travertine floors, hand blown Murano glass doors, original artwork and amenities found in the finest hotels.

We are working to create a private club or luxury residence like atmosphere by offering guests the in-suite amenities of world famous resorts, the intimacy and individual style found in fine boutique hotels, and the personalized service delivered through bed & breakfasts or small inns, explains managing director Ken Svejkovsky.  Our primary objective is to have guests feel they have arrived home each time they return to their suite.

The Brooklyn Hotel is a condominium-hotel featuring units that are individually owned but which offer the amenities and on-site services of a typical resort-style hotel.
