The property, which will have its official opening on Dec. 15, 2002, has been owned by the Doumeng family (owners of Bolongo Bay Beach Club) for the last 25 years but has been leased out for the past 15 years.

Located on a historic landmark site, The Bolongo Inn at Villa Olga is set amidst lush landscaping on a hill overlooking the tip of Frenchtown, the island�s most popular restaurant district.  This secluded property is comprised of several buildings, one of which was the site of the former Russian Consulate and now houses the manager�s quarters, a new building for the 12 guestrooms, a swimming pool with an elevated deck that provides sunbathers with a picturesque view of the harbor, and �The Pointe at Villa Olga� restaurant.
