The Hilton Park Nicosia has received over US$5M worth of renovations including a new Spa, indoor/outdoor Swimming Pools, a Bar and a Restaurant.  The renovation includes expansion of the hotel's existing extensive meeting and conference facilities, including a full service business centre.

In addition, a new Management Agreement between Hilton International and the Cyprus Tourism Development Company Limited has been signed for the Hilton Cyprus to replace the existing Lease Agreement with effect from 1st January, 2003.  The 298-room, five star Hilton Cyprus has been operating for 35 years and is the leading five star hotel in Nicosia, featuring 84 Executive Floor rooms, a Clubroom, a Health Club, Bars and Restaurants, and Meeting and Conference facilities.
