Key areas of Mr Craig�s expertise include income based hotel/tourism property valuations, feasibility studies, cashflow forecasting, demand studies as well as income-based valuations of specialist properties such as golf courses. 

Mr Cooper has been employed in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has specialised in providing corporate advisory services for hotel and tourism property since 1988.  He has extensive experience throughout Australasia and the Pacific and has also undertaken various specific assignments in Europe and Asia.  More recently, Mr Cooper has worked with the Corporate Finance unit to assist in re-structuring and debt placement for hotel assets in the Asia Pacific Region.  He is also a member of the Property Council of Australia�s Tourism Committee and panel valuer for the Hotel Valuation Index for Sydney.
