Orleans (April 30, 2002) --Hotel Booking Solutions LLC has been established
to domestically market hobooBox, a channel management software that has
been revolutionizing the hotel reservation process throughout Europe.
hobooBox enables a two-way interface which seamlessly
transfers real time rates and inventory from the hotel PMS or CRS, to any
or all of the different sales channels. The hobooBox software is designed
to connect any two links within the industry's sales channel.
hobooBox solves the inefficiencies and limitations
hotels have manually managing diverse sales channels by reading, processing,
and distributing rates and availability data already stored in the hotel¹s
database. Hotels no longer have to manually manage multiple systems. Once
the database is read, channel sensitive rules are independently and continuously
updated and delivered 24/7 to each sales channel.

domestic hotel to utilize the hobooBox system. The product is expected
to be fully integrated into the Riverside¹s system in May.
