Revenue Management Support Tools
Needed More Than Ever...

Tribe Hotel Management AB announces Further
Rollout of the EzRMS Internet Revenue
Management Solution.

Stockholm  - 1 October 2001 - Tribe Hotel Management AB, one of Scandinavia's largest hotel operators of selected brands, has just signed a further agreement with Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions to rollout the EzRMS ASP Revenue Management Solution.

The initial implementation of EzRMS began in December 2000, with four properties based in Sweden and Denmark.  Subsequently, EzRMS produced positive results and Tribe Hotel Management AB has decided to further equip other properties within the portfolio with this vital decision support tool.

Mr. Thomas Engelhart, President of Tribe Hotel Management AB (formerly known as First Hospitality), believes that throughout the first 10 months of implementation the EzRMS solution has undoubtedly aided his operations personnel to manage their business in a more precise and profit generating manner.

Mr. Engelhart adds: "Following the latest developments in the international arena the whole world is cautious about the events that could transpire over the coming weeks and months in terms of global business and the general economy.

"Despite these troubled times I fully believe that the practise of Revenue Management is important in difficult periods as well as in the good or 'high demand' periods."

"EasyRMS have proven to be a very good business partner over the past 10 months and we are pleased to be embarking on the next level of this project with the EasyRMS team and organisation at our side".

Mr. Paul Margaillan, Co-Founder of EasyRMS added: "We are delighted that Tribe Hotel Management AB have entered into this formal rollout agreement."

"Tribe Hotel Management AB have certainly seen the benefits brought by the use of EzRMS during the last 10 months and, in a proactive rather than a reactive manner, have planned their future strategies to include further implementations of our solution throughout the group."

"It is an important step for EasyRMS to be moving into our first official rollout scenario and the decision of Tribe Hotel Management AB undoubtedly adds weight to our global strategy and ambition - 'to provide a Revenue Management Solution which is suitable for ALL properties within an international group portfolio'."
