AUSTIN, TX � September 4, 2001 � Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) recently announced the 2002 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) Advisory Council.

The 2002 HITEC Advisory Council Chairman is Wendy K. Zurstadt, CPA, CHAE, CHTP. Zurstadt is the controller at the Hartford Golf Club in Hartford, Conn.

"This panel of industry leaders is instrumental in the development of the educational programs at HITEC," Zurstadt said. "They play a vital role in the production of these programs, making sure they feature the most qualified industry experts available. The council also evaluates sessions to ensure the quality of the education programs for future HITECs." HITEC 2002 will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill., June 25-27.
