lodging industry, recently completed on-line training with 40 Sunstone
properties. The training, which took place over three months, was performed
by GuestWare Trainers over Sustone�s high-speed wide area network using
Microsoft Netmeeting.
Sunstone Hotels will use GuestWare
for Rapid Response, Guest Recognition and Comment Card Tracking in 40 hotels
including Marriott, Holiday Inn, Sheraton and Hilton branded properties.
GuestWare provides Sunstone a standard tool and process for improving service
quality throughout the company.
