DALLAS – April 25, 2017 – The service industry’s most comprehensive workforce management systems and tools provider, UniFocus gained 17 new clients in the first quarter of 2017 and expanded its relationship with nine existing partners. This strong start to the year has resulted in installations at 136 new locations across the United States, Canada, Asia, and the Caribbean.

According to Mark Heymann, founding partner and CEO of the Dallas-based company, “Given the pace and nature of the service industry today, managers are increasingly reliant on technology to boost efficiency, better understand their workers and customers, and enable fast, accurate decision-making. As a result, we’re seeing strong gains across our full range of solutions, from our signature LMS to mobile and Time and Attendance tools to guest, staff and meeting surveys.”

Benchmark Hospitality, an existing UniFocus survey solutions customer, has added GUESTScope to the 14 hotels and resorts in its newly acquired Gemstone Collection. GUESTScope has also been installed at the 25 United States and Caribbean properties of Outrigger Hotels, which already benefits from UniFocus’ Time and Attendance tool.

A sampling of UniFocus’ newest clients includes Chatham Bars Inn Resort & Spa on Cape Cod (Massachusetts), a new LMS customer, and Lac Vieux Desert Resort & Casino (Michigan), which has turned to UniFocus for its Time and Attendance and Mobile tools. New survey solutions partners include Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa in Montauk, New York; del Lago Resort Casino in Waterloo, New York; Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida; and Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia.
