Partnership is Key Component of TravelClick’s Vision to Imbed Demand Data into Everyday Business Decisions for Hotels Globally

NEW YORK – June 4, 2015 – TravelClick, a global provider of innovative cloud-based solutions that enable hotels to grow revenue, and the Rainmaker Group, the leading provider of revenue management and profit optimization solutions to the gaming/hospitality and multifamily housing industries, have announced a joint research and development (R&D) partnership to allow TravelClick’s Demand360® customers to integrate their subscription data into Rainmaker’s revenue management system (RMS).

The partnership will focus on incorporating the most robust business intelligence available – TravelClick’s Demand360 – into market leader Rainmaker’s RMS. Demand360 is the only competitive market intelligence product available to the hotel industry that provides forward-looking reservation metrics and analytics by channel and segment. Allowing subscribers to integrate Demand360 data into Rainmaker’s RMS will help hotels and casinos create more powerful forecasting and pricing recommendations.

This partnership enables Rainmaker to use TravelClick’s aggregated competitive future pacing data in its market leading revenue management solution suite to enable its clients to optimize revenue from all sources. Over 5,000 hotel properties rely on Rainmaker solutions to manage their business effectively.

Subscriber test software will only have access to data for the subscriber and an aggregated view of their competitive set. No individual competitive information will be shared. The R&D phase and alpha test will last up to 12 months. It is projected for a solution to be commercially available in 2016.
