NEW YORK, NY—The St. Regis New York is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Donald as Director of Sales and Marketing, and Jackie Collens as Director of Sales for the flagship property located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. In her new role, Katie will oversee the property sales, marketing and advertising activities, while Jackie will work closely with the team in the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives across a range of platforms for the highly acclaimed hotel.

Katie Donald brings with her a wealth of experience in the hospitality arena, most recently serving as the Group Sales Leader for the Starwood New York Metro Market. Prior to that, Katie excelled in recruiting world-class talent for the Starwood Sales, Revenue Management, and Field Marketing teams. Boasting extensive expertise, she has additionally held positions including the Director of Sales & Marketing for the W Hoboken, the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Westin Auckland Lighter Quay, and the New Zealand Business Leader for CiEvents, , and has worked across the globe in a range of destinations from Switzerland and England to Australia and New York. Throughout her impressive career she has garnered a range of distinctions including a Diploma of Hotel Management in Switzerland, an Advanced Diploma of Hotel Management in Australia, Hotel of the year at the Westin Auckland and Hotel of the Year at the W Hoboken.

Jackie Collens joins The St. Regis New York from The Waldorf Astoria and Towers, where she spent the last nine years climbing the ranks and gaining exceptional experience and insight into the

luxury marketplace. She held a variety of positions most recently as the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing. Collens exceeded revenue goals on both an annual and quarterly basis, oversaw the luxury, transient and residential market segments, developed and managed institutional clients across both domestic and international destinations and served as a mentor for new team members entering the property.

Jackie is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business. While in school, Jackie spent time studying International Lodging & Development in China, Dubai and India. She is still an active member of her University and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for The School of Hospitality Business. In 2011, Jackie was awarded Emerging Alumni of the Year by the University. Throughout her career she has received a number of accolades including the Big Apple Stars Award from the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc., three-time recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award from Hilton Worldwide, two of which were in the Elite category, the Team Impact Award fromTthe Waldorf Astoria New York, among other recognitions.
