Organic sales growth in hospitality and multifamily sectors earns leading technology company its third consecutive spot in exclusive annual list of Atlanta-based top firms.

ATLANTA, GA – June 15, 2015 – The Rainmaker Group, the leading provider of revenue management and profit optimization solutions for the multifamily housing and gaming/hospitality industries, announced that the company has been named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2015 List of the 100-Fastest Growing Companies in Atlanta.

This is the third consecutive year that The Rainmaker Group has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the region’s top-rated, fastest-growing companies.

“We’re proud to once again earn a place among Atlanta’s top employers and high-growth companies, and we thank the Atlanta Business Chronicle for recognizing all of the firms that are making significant contributions to the local and regional economy in Atlanta,” said The Rainmaker Group President Tammy Farley. “We’ve been fortunate to forge a path of success based on innovation in our products and services while continuing to provide superior revenue growth tools to our customers,” Farley said. “These awards are a significant reflection of the attention that each member of our team commits to our client’s success.”

The Rainmaker Group placed number 87 on the Atlanta Business Chronicle ‘s 2015 list. Revenue growth over the two-year research period was listed at 54.89 percent, with employee growth of 70.73 percent, and the study noted strong organic growth in both the multifamily and hospitality industries as factors contributing to The Rainmaker Group’s success.

“Companies are ranked by a growth index formula, which is used to even the playing field among companies of different sizes,” said Atlanta Business Chronicle research analyst Patsy Conn, who compiled the 2015 list. “We consider both revenue and employee growth indexes as a percent change from 2012 through 2014. Employee growth was weighted 40 percent and revenue growth was weighted 60 percent in compiling the final rankings.”

To qualify for the list, companies must have their headquarters in Atlanta (subsidiaries of other companies are not included); must have 2014 revenue between $1 million and $300 million; and must have two-year growth in sales of more than 50 percent.

In addition to being named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle list, The Rainmaker Group has also earned a spot on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing companies for four years in a row.
