The leading brand for each of the top three franchise companies in Asia’s Pipeline, excluding China, are: IHG’s Holiday Inn with 10,372 Rooms/42 Projects, Marriott Hotel with 7,167 Rooms/25 Projects and Starwood’s Sheraton Hotel with 6,444 Rooms/27 Projects.
