TrustYou Data Informs Strategy to Increase Analytical Accuracy & Achieve Highest Yields
Dallas, USA and Munich, Germany - January 16, 2014 -TrustYou, a big data company with a focus on online reputation management (ORM) in the hospitality industry and developer of TrustScore, a barometer for guest satisfaction, is announcing the availability to view the influence and impact of social network reviews directly in the Infor EasyRMS application. Users of Infor EasyRMS, a cloud based revenue management solution specifically designed for profit maximization in the hospitality industry, will benefit from this increased analysis and data on the interface by providing real-time information that will impact pricing decisions to help optimize yields. The globally recognized TrustScore is an aggregate ranking, out of a possible 100, based on all of the online review feedback from over 250 sites. This integration will drive more informed decisions about pricing and revenue while factoring in the increasingly important world of online reviews.
TrustYou already integrates with Infor Hospitality Management System (HMS). By integrating TrustYou's data capabilities into Infor's existing Hospitality suite via a series of dashboard-embedded widgets, hoteliers have real-time access to social sentiment - giving them critical information to improve guest satisfaction and encourage more bookings. Through this extended amount of data, strengths and weaknesses can be identified instantly, and hoteliers have the ability to rectify guest concerns in real-time. Specifically, these three new widgets - Seal, Source and Review - powered by semantic data from TrustYou, look through more than 15 million opinions on review and booking sites, blogs, forums, and communities, and streamline them into a straightforward, digestible summary for properties to address as they see fit.
"Our goal is to maximize profits for our customers, and in today's hotel world, you cannot do that without taking a hard look at what is being said about a property online," said Stewart Applbaum, senior vice president, Hospitality at Infor. "With the TrustYou data, we are able to take a global look at any given property's online reputation and have a better informed pricing strategy as a result. There is no doubt that reviews have a direct impact on revenue as they relate to a consumer's ultimate booking decision, and this needs to play into the pricing structure as well."
TrustYou will supply Infor EasyRMS with its Meta-Reviews, which consist of an analysis of various sentiment scores from all reviews across the web, and its popularity rankings as part of this collaboration. "The number of hours required to scour every review site in every market that is relevant to a hotel to make a truly informed decision would be nearly impossible to quantify," said Alan Young, SVP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at TrustYou. "Through our superior semantic analysis and property trends of 'tops and flops,' a hotelier can make a dramatically more informed pricing decision in less time. Reviews directly impact reputation, which ultimately drives, or detracts from, revenue."
TrustYou's monitoring dashboards capture sentiment and opinions from millions of comments in one easy-to-view place from sources like Tripadvisor, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Yelp and more across 23 different languages. In addition, TrustYou provides free online customer satisfaction surveys and marketing tools for all hotels. TrustYou's international team hails from 23 countries and speaks more than 20 different languages.
