SAN DIEGO, October 2, 2017 – RAR Hospitality, a San Diego based hotel management firm added three new corporate employees to its executive team. RAR has named Craig Johnson as Regional Operations Manager, Doug Ficke as Director of Accounting, and Sheryl Paulino as Corporate Marketing Manager.

- Craig Johnson, Arizona State University alumnus and former Regional Manager for nine Arizona hotels, from Flagstaff to Tucson, Ariz., is now the Regional Operations Manager for RAR. He has been working in the hotel business for over 30 years and has senior leadership experience in all aspects of the business, from hotel management to commercial real estate finance.
- Doug Ficke served as the Corporate Accounting Manager at RAR for three years and advanced into the Director of Accounting position. Doug’s responsibilities include oversight of the accounting and financial functions for all hotels managed by RAR. Doug has an educational background in accounting, electrical engineering and chemistry from Arizona State University.
- Sheryl Paulino, a San Diego State University alumna, joined the RAR executive team as the Corporate Marketing Manager. Sheryl has a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and brings extensive marketing experience from Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort and Destination Hotels' Town & Country Resort in San Diego. She will oversee marketing initiatives for RAR’s hotel management division and its portfolio of branded, boutique, and independent properties.
