Alpharetta, Georgia – August 24, 2016 – The Rainmaker Group, the premier provider of revenue and profit optimization solutions to the hospitality and multifamily housing industries, today announces that it has again been ranked on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. The 2016 edition of the Inc. 5000 marks the sixth consecutive year that Rainmaker has been included, a distinction that only an elite subset of the companies on this year’s list can claim. Having surpassed 200 employees last year, the Atlanta-based company continues to rank on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list due to its impressive three-year growth of 86 percent.

Rainmaker was founded in 1998 by entrepreneurs Bruce Barfield and Tammy Farley, who currently serve as CEO and president, respectively. The company has since established itself as the market leader in revenue management and profit optimization solutions for the hospitality & gaming and multifamily housing industries.

The Rainmaker portfolio of solutions has continued to expand in order to better serve its rapidly growing global clientele. With a solid base in casino hotels, Rainmaker now has more than 5,500 non-gaming hotels using its product suite. Additionally, growth of Rainmaker’s multifamily revenue management system, LRO, has been supplemented by the rapid growth of Intelligent Lead Management (ILM), a leasing effectiveness tool Rainmaker acquired last year, further strengthening Rainmaker’s position as the multifamily performance platform.

“As a team, we are extremely proud to be receiving this distinction for the sixth year in a row,” said Farley. “We’re delighted to continue achieving such positive growth, both organically and through acquisition. It’s a true testament to and display of the strong commitment every one of Rainmaker’s team members has to our continued growth.”

Inc. magazine has dubbed this year’s honorees the superheroes of the U.S. economy, leading the charge in strategy, innovation and service. According to the magazine, the 2016 Inc. 5000 class achieved a median growth rate of 1,580.5 percent and created a total of 55,704 jobs in the last three years.
