(NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, along with Pearl Properties and Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company announced today the "topping off" of the Cambria Hotel Philadelphia, marking installation of the final exterior beam during construction.

This newest Cambria will be ideally located in the heart of downtown, 219 S. Broad Street, on the Avenue of the Arts which is rapidly becoming Philadelphia's prime destination. The 223 room, 15 story Cambria Philadelphia is within walking distance of the Kimmel Center, City Hall, Rittenhouse Square Park, Reading Terminal Market, One Liberty Observation Deck, Pennsylvania Convention Center and numerous other historic and cultural destinations. In addition to these destinations, those who stay at the Cambria may easily walk to several world-class restaurants and retail shops. Beyond all that is within walking distance, for leisure and business travelers, the Septa station is right outside the door and will provide easy transportation to and from Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center and Citizens Bank Park. The hotel will open early in the first quarter of 2018.

Unique to this property will be the only rooftop bar on Broad Street. This 3,000 square foot rooftop bar will have spectacular views of the city, including the Broad Street Run and Mummers Day Parade. The property will also boast a first-class restaurant on the second floor that will have an outdoor terrace overlooking Broad Street, 2,500 square feet of fully-appointed meeting space, a business center, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Built by Pearl Properties, the building was designed by DAS Architects, Inc., of Philadelphia, and will be managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises.
