Open Hospitality Honored with More Website Design Awards

DALLAS (March 17, 2014) – Open Hospitality, the web services division of Pegasus Solutions, has once again been recognized for leadership in hotel website design. Summit International has honored Open Hospitality with two leader awards for outstanding work in emerging media communications for two websites: www.mountainskyhotel.com created for The Mountain Sky Hotel in Alaska, and www.pegs.com created for Pegasus Solutions.
“When we launched Open Hospitality in 2004, we saw an opportunity to optimize the direct booking experience for hotels,” said David Millili, chief executive officer of Pegasus Solutions, as well as founder and chief executive officer of Open Hospitality. “Over the past decade, our team has continued to move the marker, finding novel ways to create desktop and mobile sites that help hotels grow business. The Summit International Awards organization is dedicated to furthering excellence in the marketing communications industry. Through its 20-year history, the organization has maintained a strict adherence to stringent evaluation criteria and a blind judging process, rewarding only firms whose work exemplifies the best in its class. Pegasus’ Open Hospitality division has recently won W3 Silver Awards in four categories, including: Hotels and Lodging, Website Features-Home Page, Website Features-Structure and Navigation, and Website Features-Visual Appeal. The Interactive Media Awards also rewarded Open Hospitality with a best in class award for travel/tourism.
