Responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow, and nurture team of 6+ account managers
  • Ensure each Account Manager is set up with goals, KPI. Monitor and guide performance and benchmarks continuously.
  • Be able to research/implement online strategy for clients and communicate that to internal teams and clients directly
  • Ensure each account is managed efficiently/effectively to continue to deliver high ROI.
  • Lead strategic client meetings and website performance review. Suggest marketing opportunities to increase conversion.
  • Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve performance and revenue
  • Keep current on the latest trends in the search marketing industry

Requirements:

  • Masters /BA from accredited college or university; degree in Communication, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
  • Experience in e-Commerce and revenue management
  • 10 years of customer service, account management, and team management experience
  • Experience working in the Internet marketing field, preferably within the travel vertical or Hotel Industry
  • Knowledge of several areas of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including: search engine optimization (SEO), keyword analysis, pay per-click campaigns (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, etc.

  • Strong time management, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
