New ResWave features include:

Loyalty-based rates: ResWave enables operators to configure custom loyalty-based rates for multiple program levels like gold, silver, bronze so guests see financial benefits of frequent stays.

Personalized amenity-add stay enhancements: ResWave lets operators upsell during online booking by displaying amenity and activity stay enhancements. Bookers see a list of property activities, dates and fees on their reservation page and can add as many as they like to their reservation to create a more personalized stay.

Shoulder dates and rates: ResWave now provides shoulder dates and rates to help guests extend their stay to promote longer stays and additional revenue.

Online deposit payment capability: For more convenient guest payments, ResWave lets guests post deposits online to stay on top of their payment schedule.

Visitor activity booking: ResWave allows friends of property guests to book activities and amenities for inclusion in the guest’s folio.

Spa day guest reservations: Spas with day guests can now use ResWave to book appointments with a comprehensive folio.
