With over 13 years of experience leading diverse teams in the hospitality industry, Weil is responsible for all operations at Aloft Hotels first-ever resort property, including sales and marketing efforts and assuring a distinctive and rewarding guest experience for business and leisure travelers alike.
Weil joins Aloft South Beach following two years as General Manager of Courtyard Marriott, a Dimension Development property in Miami. Previously, she was employed by Turnberry Associates, holding a variety of management positions at the corporate headquarters as well as various hotels in South Florida, including General Manager at Hampton Inn and Suites Hallandale Beach; Associate General Manager at Residence Inn Miami Aventura Mall and accountant in the company’s corporate hospitality division, where she oversaw daily accounting procedures for seven hotels.
Weil began her career with Turnberry Associates working as a Front Desk Agent at the Marriott Courtyard in Aventura and then as a Front Office Manager with Hampton Inn and Suites in Hallandale Beach.
A native of Lima, Peru, Weil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the School of Hospitality at Florida International University in North Miami. She currently resides in Miami.
