New general manager and director of sales bring years of experience to soon-to-open hotel
CAPE CANAVERAL, FL (Jan. 6, 2016) – LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has appointed Dominic Fraticelli general manager and Dana Kelly director of sales of its soon-to-open Homewood Suites in Cape Canaveral, Fla.
As general manager, Fraticelli will manage the property’s day-to-day operations and embrace LBA’s company-wide goal of providing exceptional guest service. Fraticelli has been immersed in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years, most recently as general manager of Hampton Inn Titusville, Fla. He has also served as area general manager for five other hotels.
A 15-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Kelly will head the sales department of the new Homewood Suites where she will foster new and existing customer relationships within the community. She has successfully held several sales management positions, most recently serving as director of sales for Intercontinental Hotels Group’s Staybridge Suites Plantation in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

The 153-room Homewood Suites Cape Canaveral is conveniently located at 9000 Astronaut Blvd. in Cape Canaveral, Fla. The property is situated just minutes away from both Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. LBA broke ground on the hotel in October 2015 and will manage it upon the completion of construction in March 2016.
