In his new role, White will direct Viento Kitchen + Bar, the resort’s signature Floribbean concept restaurant.

White served as sous chef of Zota Beach Resort since the property’s opening last June. Prior to joining Zota Beach Resort, White oversaw all culinary aspects of Racquet Club Ladue in Ladue, Mo. as executive sous chef. White trained in modern as well as classical cuisine and graduated from L’Ecole Culinare in St. Louis, Mo.
