On 7/2/13, a representative from Stolen Properties confirmed that they are acting as the general contractor for this project, which was delayed by the economy and is substantially smaller than what was originally planned. Construction is close to starting, and they hope to be able to open the hotel in early 2014.

On 11/16/10, a representative from Stolen Properties confirmed Gary Architecture as the architect for this project. That representative also stated that they are currently accepting bids and hope to start work on construction documents by the end of 2010. Construction will take six to eight months.
