ATLANTA – April 26, 2016 – Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that Thierry G. Roch has joined the firm in Arlington, Virginia and will lead the metropolitan Washington, DC office for the company.

About Thierry Roch Thierry Roch is a commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. His extensive network has been developed per his past experience as Vice President of Corporate & Industry Affairs at the American Hotel & Motel Association, Executive Director of Historic Hotels of America and Vice President of Hospitality Partners at Forbes Travel Guide. Thierry’s relationships include national and international owners, operators and developers as well as senior executives of both branded and independent lodging and tourism companies. Roch is a graduate of the University of Virginia (Civil Engineering), a graduate of the Institutes for Organizational Management at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, fluent in French and Spanish, and specializes on brokering sales, leasing and development transactions of historic, independent and boutique hotel properties.
