By offering a small incentive, a box of truffles, to their guests for sharing the news of their upcoming stay at Cove Haven, the hotel has prompted an average engagement rate of 22. Since January, Flip.to has placed messaging about Cove Haven in front of more than 160,000 social connections and produced hundreds of sign-ups for ongoing marketing.
