HENDERSON, NV. (Feb 9, 2015) – The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, the lake front property located in Henderson, Nevada and managed by Pyramid Resort Group, is proud to announce Bob C. Reppin as food & beverage director. Reppin brings 35 years of diversified hands-on experience in hospitality management to oversee the resort’s four restaurants and outlets, as well as the resort’s various catering and food service programs.

In this role, Reppin supervises and directs team efforts toward guest satisfaction, associate productivity and overall profitability. Alongside other members of the culinary team, Reppin creates and maintains menus and is involved with all of the full-service hospitality establishments’ day-to-day operations, including staff management, guest interactions, office administration duties, vendor communications and labor costs.

Prior to joining The Westin Lake Las Vegas, Reppin was the director of food and beverage at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Verda, FL. There he supervised the culinary team to oversee and grow all outlets and banqueting while providing effective ongoing training to ensure luxury service standards. Reppin’s valuable experience also includes roles with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts at the Hyatt Regency Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, Hyatt Regency Waikoloa in Hawaii, and Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in California, where he received recognition as “Food and Beverage Director of the Year,” by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
