The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, July 15, 2013 … Benchmark Hospitality International®, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has appointed Ragini Stearns director of sales for Naples Bay Resort.  Phillip Starling, general manager of the property, Benchmark's Personal Luxury Resort® located in Naples, Florida, made the announcement.

"I am delighted to welcome Ragini to our resort," said Mr. Starling.  "She is a seasoned sales professional who brings significant luxury experience and business contacts to our property."

Ragini Stearns was previously senior sales manager for the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, a position she was promoted to following a successful period serving as leisure sales manager for both hotels.  Earlier in her career, Ms. Stearns gained important expertise in travel industry sales, executive meeting management, and in front office management working for hotels and resorts in markets throughout Florida.

Ms. Stearns is a graduate of Birnam Business College located in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she earned a degree in Travel & Tourism.  She is past recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award given by Hilton Worldwide.  Ms. Stearns has relocated to Naples.
