Aspire Named Stevie® Award Finalist in Innovation for 12th Year in a Row

Stevie award winners to be announced in New York on November 17
PHOENIX – Aspire will ultimately be a Gold, Silver or Bronze winner in this year's Stevie® Awards for Women in Business in the Most Innovative Company of the Year category. Aspire has won a medal in each of the past 11 years of the 14 annual contests and this year's award will be announced Friday, November 17 in New York City.
The gala event, which honors women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run will be held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel and will include individual awards such as Executive of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year in addition to honors for Women Helping Women and the organizational awards which include Aspire's category of innovation.
Aspire is being recognized for innovation in training for professional development around the aspire competency model, based on primary research and implemented during the past year. It drives performance in teams by addressing the 3 key competencies any individual needs to succeed at work: Mindset, Skill Set and Process Set. More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories and finalists were chosen by more than 170 professionals worldwide serving on five specialized judging committees.
