(CHICAGO; July 24, 2017) – Arbor Lodging Partners, ("Arbor"), a leading fully integrated owner and operator of hotels, announced today that it, through an affiliate, acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek at 410 S. 68th Street, West Des Moines, Iowa. This acquisition is Arbor Lodging’s fourth Marriott-branded hotel purchased in the last 24 months. The 102-room upscale property will be managed by Arbor Lodging Partners’ affiliate Arbor Lodging Management (formerly NVN Hotels).

The Courtyard by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek offers spacious, thoughtful guest rooms and a hotel lobby featuring unique seating options from intimate media pods to large tables to gather with coworkers or family. The Bistro serves Starbucks Coffee and made-to-order breakfast as well as soup, salad, sandwiches or pizza. A lounge offers guests a place to unwind with beer, wine and cocktails. Guests can stay fit in the property’s indoor pool and 24 hr. fitness center.

The Courtyard by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek is located adjacent to Jordan Creek Town Center shopping and just minutes from the area’s leading businesses including Wells Fargo Headquarters, Des Moines International Airport, Nestle, Athene, Principal Financial, Unity Point Health, DuPont Pioneer, Hy-Vee, and Nationwide. The hotel is close to area events such as the Iowa State Fair, I80/35 Music Festival, baseball and soccer.
