Denver, CO (January 18, 2018) – Announced today, Alissa Heim will be the new Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) at The Source Hotel – one of The New York Time‘s “hotels to check out in 2018” – located in the River North (RiNo) neighborhood in Denver. The 100-room boutique property will open on May 1, 2018 and will complement its adjacent sister property, The Source, with an additional market hall showcasing New Belgium’s first Denver small-batch brewery located in the lobby; a collection of experiential, artisan-focused vendors; three restaurants; and a rooftop terrace and pool with sweeping views of the downtown Denver skyline and iconic Rocky Mountains.

Heim brings nearly 10 years of hospitality experience to the DOSM position and will be primarily responsible for leading The Source Hotel’s sales and marketing team. She will work extensively with operations, account management, marketing, business development and event planning.

“As a Colorado native and RiNo resident, I am excited to weave in the authenticity and artistic culture of the community into my role as the Director of Sales & Marketing of The Source Hotel,” said Heim. “With my deep appreciation for Scandinavian minimalism along with the culture that makes RiNo so unique, I’m thrilled to be a part of this project.”

Heim joins The Source Hotel having served as Group & Business Travel Sales Manager of Omni Hotels & Resorts over the last three years. In previous roles, she has been engaged in sales, operations, events, business development and more at hotels and digital agencies in Colorado.

Known for exploring destinations by scooter, Heim’s additional hobbies include travel, culinary and creating exceptional greeting cards for friends and family. Heim holds a degree from University of Colorado in Boulder in Communications.
