Aimbridge Hospitality to Manage 742-Room Doubletree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando

Dallas, Texas (October 29, 2015) — Aimbridge Hospitality has been awarded the management contract for the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando in Orlando, Florida.
The hotel is strategically located directly across from the entrance to Universal Studios, and provides convenient access to Disneyworld, The Orlando Convention Center, The Mall at Millenia, and Seaworld. The DoubleTree has one of the largest convention and event venues in the Orlando market offering more than 60,000 square feet of versatile space.
The hotel features two distinct towers with 742 spacious guestrooms and suites that range from 360 to 1,758 square feet. Additionally, the hotel offers a fitness center, outdoor pool with whirlpool, business center, gift shop, and attraction ticket desk. The hotel features five food and beverage options, including Pompano’s, Ale House, Palm Court Deli, Carnivale, Spritz Lounge, and Starbucks.
The addition of this property marks the 15th DoubleTree property in Aimbridge Hospitality’s expansive portfolio and the first U.S. hotel investment by Jamaican-based Sagicor Group.
