Hotel Online Special Report TRUST International Hotel Reservation Services Creates U.S. Branch in Orlando; Management Appointments Announced About TRUST ORLANDO, FL, May 5 – Seeking to expand its presence in the U.S. marketplace, and double its client business, TRUST International Hotel Reservation Services, GmbH, developers and operators of a central reservation system (CRS) for the hospitality industry, announced the , Trust International Hotel Reservation Services, Inc., located here.

Formation of the U.S. branch is designed to significantly expand the scope of TRUST International’s operations and service offerings. To gear up, the company has increased management, its staff and sales force, is forming new partnerships and plans the introduction of new technology.

Since 1989 TRUST International has maintained an office in Orlando. Its parent company, TRUST International, is based in Frankfurt, Germany.

TRUST U.S. branch officers are: Peter Agel (president), Elke Schade (senior vice president), Anette Seitz, (vice president, Frankfurt), Warren Marks (vice president, Orlando) and Connie Rheams (vice president, Orlando).

Also announced were the promotion of four Orlando-based executives:

  • Warren Marks, to the position of vice president services / operations. Formerly director of reservations, he joined TRUST in 1989.
  • Patricia Linardi, to director GDS services. Patricia joined TRUST in 1992 and was previously manager GDS.
  • Chris Verville, to director customer service. Formerly manager customer service She joined TRUST in 1990.
  • Randy Cook, to the position of director voice reservations. He has been with TRUST since 1993 and was formerly manager voice reservations.
