Intelity's ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) software, with its dazzling guest interface and ICS (ICE Control System) backend management, was recognized by a global vote of hoteliers as the “Most Innovative Hospitality Technology” in the industry in 2010.

As the world’s first fully interactive guest service interface with full, real time backend management tools, ICE was designed by and for hoteliers to generate higher revenue, reduce operational costs and increase guest satisfaction.

ICE software does this by monitoring guest requests in an easy-to-read format which allows hotel management to identify strengths and weaknesses and streamline services. ICE has been installed in some of most well-recognized brands including Marriott, Hilton, Westin, Hyatt and Wyndham. It is expected to be in 500,000 rooms throughout North America, Caribbean and Latin America by mid 2011.
