Consulting Services:
Brown Hotel Group's sales associates offer a wide array of consulting services  including individual property or portfolio acquisition and exit strategy counsel; research and formulation of sell-now or hold, reinvest and sell-later scenarios; litigation and expert witness testimony for hospitality real estate matters; and workout and debt restructuring counsel.

Appraisal Services: 
Brown Hotel Group's sales associates are qualified to provide "Brokers Opinion of Value." Brown Hotel Group also maintains up-to-date sales comparables from the TransActions by Hotel Brokers International "America's Hotel Broker" database.

Site Selection:
