Loss Control
Background:
The Loss Control Department of Aon Hospitality has consultants who work directly with the account manager and the client, addressing their needs in the following areas: 
  • Property
  • Casualty
  • Workers' Compensation
Capabilities:
  • Develop policies and programs for loss recognition, and control.
  • Create training, audits, and documentation to support targeted programs.
  • Review historical and/or recent loss data in order to identify client! industry loss trends and to create control activities to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Gather information on regulatory and industry loss control standards impacting the present business environment.
  • Coordinate the insurance carrier(s) service schedule to maximize management/staff time commitments in addressing company goals and objectives.
  • Review and plan capital expenditures associated with long-term loss control objectives.
  • Document progress on general loss issues and targeted objectives through written and graphic presentation materials.
