Trendwest Completes Conversion of Former 
Colonial Inn in Reno into Timeshare Units
REDMOND, Wash. - Nov. 27, 2000 - Trendwest Resorts Inc. (Nasdaq:TWRI), today announced the completion of its newest resort, WorldMark at Reno, Nevada. Earlier this year, Trendwest purchased Reno�s Colonial Inn, the area�s landmark hotel, and has since converted the 168-room hotel into 64 fully equipped timeshare condominium units, including an on-site sales office. 
 
Within walking distance to several major downtown casinos, the renovated property will also include a swimming pool and fitness facility.
